Responsible for full financial for operations

Review company reports such as PMs, CINB, SLA and P&L and share with team

Take calls for customer escalation issues & being able to provide a solution

Ensure company goals are met monthly/quarterly/yearly

Manage all Service-Level Agreements (SLA) with current/new clients

Recruit, hire, and develop service operations team

Develop training plan for service support team

Delivery of goals and metrics for assigned group

Evaluate and perform annual reviews

Identify and communicate where improvements can be utilized

Quality assurance on all work performed at customer facilities

Cover in absence of the next level managers

7+ years of Management experience for an HVAC contracting business or building-related services company

Have an HVAC/R Technical Background

Understanding of the principles of quality management with respect to effective communication

Experience with management and conflict resolution

Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines

Ability to adapt to very fast-paced environment and deadlines

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral

Advanced Microsoft Office and computer literacy
