Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive / Accountant with 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably from the Stock Broking, Capital Market, or Financial Services industry.
The candidate will be responsible for accounting operations, exchange settlement reconciliation, securities accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Handle Pay-in & Pay-out Accounting and exchange settlement-related activities.
- Maintain Share / Securities Accounting and related records.
- Perform Bank, Ledger, and Exchange Reconciliation.
- Manage accounting entries using Shilpi, Tally, or other accounting software.
- Prepare and maintain Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and MIS reports.
- Handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax.
- Coordinate and reconcile transactions related to NSE / BSE / SEBI processes.
- Ensure timely exchange settlement and reconciliation.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and reconciliation differences.
- Prepare regular financial and management reports.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, banks, and other stakeholders as required.

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com
- Candidates with relevant experience in Stock Broking, Capital Market, or Financial Services will be preferred.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, reconciliation, securities transactions, exchange settlements, and statutory compliance, along with good attention to detail and analytical skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
