Required Skills

7\-10 years of strong SAP FICO consulting experience. Minimum 2\-3 full\-cycle SAP implementation projects. Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO configuration. Experience in business process mapping and solution design. proper exposure on Scope ID Handle BCM independently along with Banking Payment setup Experience in cutover over /Data Migration Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and interact with business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation. Exposure to SAP Public Cloud or RISE with SAP will be an added advantage. SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance is preferred. Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP FICO Consultant with 7\- 10 years of strong SAP consulting experience. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) and must have successfully completed at least 2–3 end\-to\-end SAP implementation projects on SAP Public Cloud The candidate should possess excellent business process knowledge, strong client\-facing skills, and the ability to independently manage implementation and support activities.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Finance and Controlling processes. Configure and implement SAP FICO solutions based on business requirements. Lead workshops, blueprinting, fit\-gap analysis, solution design, testing, and user training. Handle end\-to\-end implementation activities including configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, and go\-live support. Integrate SAP FICO with MM, SD, PP, PM, SF and other SAP modules. Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with technical consultants. Support UAT, issue resolution, and post\-go\-live stabilization. Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues. Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline. MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

Strong consulting mindset with excellent client interaction skills. Ability to lead discussions and recommend best\-fit SAP solutions. Self\-driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Willingness to work from the Delhi office and travel to client locations, if required.
