Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented WordPress Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong design sense along with hands-on experience in building and customizing WordPress websites for multiple clients across industries.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop responsive WordPress websites from scratch
Customize themes and plugins as per client requirements
Convert Figma/PSD designs into fully functional WordPress sites
Ensure website performance, speed optimization, and SEO best practices
Handle website maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting
Collaborate with developers, project managers, and clients
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced service environment
Required Skills
Strong experience with WordPress CMS
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP
Experience with Elementor, WPBakery, or similar page builders
Good understanding of responsive design & cross-browser compatibility
Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and website optimization techniques
Familiarity with theme customization and plugin integration
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
Preferred Skills
Experience working in a service-based company
Knowledge of WooCommerce
Familiarity with Git/version control
Exposure to hosting, domain management, and cPanel
Soft Skills
Good communication skills (client interaction is a plus)
Strong problem-solving ability
Ability to manage deadlines and multitask
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
