We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to support our expansion and strengthen our recruitment function.**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities across multiple functions and business units. * Lead and execute bulk hiring drives while ensuring quality and timely closures. * Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. * Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning needs. * Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and organizational fit. * Conduct preliminary interviews and facilitate the interview process with stakeholders. * Track recruitment metrics, hiring pipelines, and team performance to ensure target achievement. * Lead, mentor, and support recruitment team members to improve productivity and hiring outcomes. * Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. * Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. * Maintain recruitment MIS, reports, and compliance documentation. * Stay updated with industry trends, hiring best practices, and talent market insights.
**Desired Candidate Profile**

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition \- Team handlining, preferably with exposure to bulk hiring. * Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing methodologies, and hiring metrics. * Experience working with job portals, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment tools. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. * Proven ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines in a fast\-paced environment. * Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
