- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including recent hands-on experience at the Accounting Manager, Controller, or equivalent level.
- Strong experience working with US accounting operations and US-based companies.
- Advanced hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.
- Hands-on ADP experience, including payroll accounting, payroll reconciliations, payroll-related journal entries, and payroll tax matters.
- Executive-level communication skills with the ability to explain complex accounting matters clearly, directly, and concisely to senior leadership.
- Experience working within a US software or technology company and familiarity with software-specific accounting considerations, including capitalization and amortization of internally developed software costs.
- C2 English proficiency.
