**Manufacturing Operations Manager**
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results\-driven **Manufacturing Operations Manager** to lead and oversee all manufacturing operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high\-quality standards, optimizing operational performance, improving productivity, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and continuous improvement skills to achieve organizational goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Plan, direct, and oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are achieved. * Monitor production schedules, workforce utilization, and equipment performance. * Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and cost\-effectiveness. * Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies. * Lead production teams and provide coaching, training, and performance management. * Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and Engineering teams. * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material availability to avoid production delays. * Analyze production data and prepare operational reports for senior management. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other best practices. * Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Manage departmental budgets and optimize resource utilization. * Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
**Required Qualifications**
* **Master's degree (Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Manufacturing Management, or a related field) is required.** * Minimum 3\+ **years** of experience in manufacturing operations or production management. * Proven experience managing large manufacturing teams in an industrial environment. * Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, and Continuous Improvement methodologies. * Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar. * Excellent leadership, analytical, decision\-making, and problem\-solving skills. * Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
