**Supply Chain Manager**
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Supply Chain Manager** to oversee and optimize our end\-to\-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, vendor management, and distribution activities to ensure cost\-effective and timely delivery of products. The role requires strong analytical, leadership, and problem\-solving skills to improve operational efficiency and support business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency. * Manage procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities. * Forecast demand and coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure product availability. * Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory optimization strategies. * Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with vendors. * Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods while minimizing costs. * Analyze supply chain performance and prepare reports for senior management. * Identify risks within the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies. * Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. * Utilize ERP systems and supply chain management software to improve operational performance.
**Required Qualifications**
* **Master's degree ( Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field) is required.** * Minimum 3\+ **years** of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations management. * Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations. * Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. * Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and decision\-making skills. * Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast\-paced environment.
