This is a standalone, hands-on role for someone who takes pride in being organised, enjoys owning things end to end, and is happy to pick up the phone. You'll keep the finances tight in Xero, coordinate vehicle movements with transporters and customs agents, and stay on top of the documentation we need from dealers. It's a varied role at the heart of a growing business, with real scope to grow into wider operational responsibility.

Logistics & Operations — Coordinating vehicle logistics end to end — scheduling collections, deliveries, and transport — Liaising with transporters and customs agents by phone and email to keep movements on track — Supporting UK import documentation and customs administration — Maintaining vehicle records and CRM/spreadsheet data

Document Control & Stakeholders — Following up with dealers and suppliers to secure the paperwork and documentation we need on time — Acting as a confident, professional point of contact for dealers, suppliers, consultants, and advisors — General office administration, correspondence, and supplier management

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

— Proven bookkeeping or accounts administration experience, and confident working in Xero (Essential) — Excellent time management and highly organised — comfortable owning multiple priorities at once (Essential) — Confident, professional telephone manner — comfortable following up with dealers and suppliers to keep documentation on track (Essential) — A reliable self-starter who takes ownership and works well independently (Essential) — Experience with UK import/export or customs documentation (Desirable) — Background in motor trade, logistics, or distribution (Desirable) — Strong Microsoft Office / Google Workspace skills — Comfortable using technology, and keen to make the most of the AI tools we provide to work more efficiently (a plus, and fully supported)

WHAT WE OFFER
