  • Analyze trends, explain findings and data limitations, and help managers and care teams use information to identify opportunities for quality and operational improvement.
  • Align reporting with athenaOne and certified electronic health record technology (CEHRT) data, documentation, and workflows. Refer EHR configuration needs and governance decisions to the Director of Clinical Informatics.
  • Collaborate with the Director of FQHC Operations, practice managers, providers, Community Health Team staff, and quality improvement staff to make reporting tools practical and useful in routine operations.
  • Provide dashboard training, end-user education, implementation support, and technical assistance. Help users understand report definitions, appropriate use, and limitations.
  • Maintain report specifications, data definitions, validation records, and user resources consistent with established data governance and documentation standards. Escalate unresolved data quality, access, or reporting concerns.
  • Participate in cross-training and knowledge transfer. Collaborate with external partners and consultants, including CHAN, athenahealth, and business intelligence resources, as assigned.
  • Protect patient, employee, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA, NCHC policies, and applicable privacy and security requirements.
