Property Contract Officer

To be the primary source of asset management to the Housing Property Services unit in delivering effective, high quality and culturally appropriate management of public and government employee housing within the Northern Region. The position supports the management of contractual obligations and maintaining compliance with relevant statutory regulations across the portfolio.
