We’re looking for an Application Engineer – Radar \& ECDIS, to become the subject matter expert for Sperry’s VisionMaster Radar and ECDIS product lines. This is a pivotal role that sits at the heart of the business, supporting the full value stream \- from early sales engagement through to solution delivery.

As an Application Engineer, you will: * Act as the technical authority for VisionMaster Radar and ECDIS systems * Support sales and bid activities by defining system architectures, specifications, and configurations * Translate customer and regulatory requirements into practical, compliant solutions * Provide technical guidance during project execution, ensuring solutions are correctly delivered * Collaborate with product management, engineering, and service teams to feed back operational and market insights * Support troubleshooting and complex technical queries where deep product expertise is required **About You**

Alongside this, you'll be a great fit if you bring: * Strong technical knowledge of marine navigation systems, particularly Radar and/or ECDIS * Experience working with system specifications, configurations, and integration * The ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders * A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering high quality solutions * Experience in applications engineering, systems engineering, technical support, or a similar role (preferred)
