* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads for real estate projects. * Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media. * Drive brand development and ensure consistent branding across all online and offline marketing channels. * Design and execute project launch campaigns, promotional events, exhibitions, and channel partner marketing initiatives. * Collaborate with the Sales, CRM, and Project teams to develop marketing collateral, customer communication, and lead generation strategies. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and campaign performance to identify new business opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness. * Manage external agencies, creative partners, and vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns within the approved budget. * Prepare periodic marketing reports, analyse campaign ROI, and recommend data\-driven strategies to improve lead conversion and overall marketing performance.
