Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, creative, and result-oriented School Marketing Manager to lead the school's marketing and admission promotion initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, a good understanding of school marketing, admissions, digital marketing, branding, social media, and community outreach, and the ability to develop strategies that increase enquiries and admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase school visibility, enquiries, and admissions.
- Plan and manage online and offline admission campaigns.
- Develop strategies for lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion.
- Manage and strengthen the school's presence across Instagram, Facebook, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate with creative teams for social media posts, videos, brochures, prospectus, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Plan and execute school events, exhibitions, open houses, workshops, and community outreach programmes.
- Build relationships with parents, corporates, local organizations, communities, and other potential stakeholders.
- Identify new opportunities for school promotion and admission growth.
- Conduct market research and analyse competitor activities.
- Monitor admission trends and provide strategic recommendations to the management.
- Work closely with the Admissions Team to ensure effective lead management and conversion.
- Maintain and analyse admission enquiry and conversion data.
- Prepare monthly marketing and admission performance reports for management.
- Manage marketing budgets and coordinate with external agencies, vendors, photographers, designers, and advertising platforms.
- Ensure consistent communication of the school's brand values, achievements, facilities, academic programmes, and unique offerings.
- Lead and motivate the marketing/admissions team to achieve defined targets.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in school/education marketing, hospitality, real estate, healthcare, or other service industries.
- Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Creative approach to marketing and campaign planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented with excellent follow-up and conversion skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms, and basic marketing analytics.
- Candidates with prior experience in school admissions and education marketing will be preferred.
