**About the Role:**

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist with strong expertise in SAP Ariba to manage end\-to\-end procurement processes efficiently and strategically. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands\-on experience in sourcing, vendor management, and purchasing operations, ensuring cost\-effective and timely procurement of goods and services in alignment with company standards and project needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

· Oversee the complete procurement cycle — from requisition, RFQ, and vendor selection to purchase order creation and delivery follow\-up.

· Utilize SAP Ariba and SAP ERP systems for purchase requisitions, purchase orders, approvals, and reporting.

· Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost\-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

· Conduct market research and price analysis to support strategic sourcing initiatives.

· Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors to optimize cost savings.

· Coordinate closely with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and timelines.

· Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records of procurement activities, supplier data, and contracts.

· Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, internal controls, and audit standards.

· Monitor vendor performance and build strong supplier relationships.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency.

**Key Requirements:**

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 3–5 years of professional experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management.

· Hands\-on experience in SAP Ariba and SAP (MM or Procurement modules) is mandatory.

· Strong knowledge of sourcing, purchasing, and contract management processes.

· Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast\-paced environment.

**Preferred Experience:**

· Experience in Oil \& Gas, Manufacturing, Defense, Aerospace, or Industrial sectors will be an added advantage.

Exposure to global procurement or indirect purchasing is a plus.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month

* Mangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
