About This Role
We're looking for an IT Intern to support our internal IT operations, helping keep desktops, networks, and workplace systems running smoothly. This role sits within the IT support function and gives you hands-on exposure to enterprise infrastructure and end-user support.
You'll work closely with the IT team on day-to-day support requests while building a foundation in networking, hardware, and systems administration.
What You'll Do
Desktop & L1 Support
- Resolve L1 desktop and laptop issues raised by employees
- Set up and configure new devices for onboarding
Networking
- Support troubleshooting of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and subnetting issues
- Assist in maintaining network configurations and documentation
Wi-Fi & Access Points
- Help monitor and troubleshoot Aruba wireless access points
- Support connectivity issues across office locations
Hardware & Software Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on employee devices
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT team members
Workplace Tools Administration
- Assist with basic administration of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Support user account and access management tasks
What We're Looking For
- Working knowledge of desktop and L1 IT support
- Understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, subnetting
- Familiarity with Aruba Wi-Fi and access points
- Hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Basic administration experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
