Marketing and Growth (ABM) Intern
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Duration: 3 Months
About the Role
Xoxoday is a SaaS fintech company looking for a Marketing Intern to join our ABM (Account-Based Marketing) team. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn how B2B companies identify, engage, and nurture high-value accounts through targeted email, LinkedIn, and CRM-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing ABM campaigns targeting key accounts
- Draft and schedule email marketing campaigns for target account segments
- Support LinkedIn marketing efforts — organic posts, outreach sequences, and campaign tracking
- Help identify and qualify leads for the ABM pipeline
- Maintain and update contact/account data in HubSpot (or CRM in use)
- Track campaign performance (open rates, click-through, engagement) and share basic reports
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging for target accounts
Must-Have Skills
- Basic understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) concepts
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and best practices
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn for marketing/outreach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of HubSpot or any CRM platform
- Understanding of lead generation fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, Jasper) for content, outreach, or research
Good to Have
- Prior internship/project experience in B2B marketing
- Exposure to marketing automation tools
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
