**About the Position**

Nu\-Look Cleaning is seeking a **Part\-Time Field Operations Manager** to oversee daily operations across multiple client locations throughout the Greater Cincinnati region. This position is ideal for a hands\-on leader who enjoys coaching employees, building client relationships, solving problems, and ensuring every facility consistently meets our quality standards.

This is not a desk job. You'll spend the majority of your time visiting client facilities, conducting quality inspections, supporting employees, maintaining inventory, and responding to operational needs in the field.

As a Field Operations Manager, you'll be entrusted with a portfolio of client locations and will play a critical role in employee development, customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and operational success.

**Schedule**

The normal work schedule is **Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM**.

In addition, the Field Operations Manager will work **one evening shift each week from 5:00 PM to 10:30 PM** to conduct after\-hours inspections, coach evening staff, and support operations during second\-shift cleaning activities.

The evening shift will **rotate throughout the week** and will **not occur on the same day each week**. The rotating schedule allows the Field Operations Manager to observe operations across all contracts, shifts, and teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Supervise cleaning operations across 16\+ commercial and government client locations. * Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure compliance with company standards. * Coach, train, and develop field employees to improve performance and accountability. * Address performance concerns promptly through coaching, documentation, and follow\-up. * Build and maintain professional relationships with client representatives. * Ensure all scheduled services are completed accurately, safely, and on time. * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the delivery of cleaning supplies and equipment. * Assist with employee onboarding and field training. * Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. * Provide emergency coverage or coordinate staffing when unexpected absences occur. * Complete inspection reports and communicate operational updates to company leadership. * Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. * Represent Nu\-Look Cleaning with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

**Qualifications**

* Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle. * Ability to travel throughout the Greater Cincinnati region. * Previous supervisory or management experience preferred. * Commercial cleaning or facilities management experience strongly preferred. * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform occasional physical cleaning duties when necessary. * Proficient with smartphones, email, and basic computer applications.
