About the Role

We are seeking a mid-level Project Manager to join our team in a 100% remote, client-facing role. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related initiatives, bridging communication between cross-functional software engineering teams, infrastructure units, and US client stakeholders. In this role, you will drive end-to-end technical project execution, manage project timelines, and ensure predictable delivery across complex IT implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Scope Definition: Partner with executive stakeholders and technical leads to translate business requirements into detailed project scopes, technical specifications, and actionable project plans.
Project Delivery & Execution: Track deliverable milestones, manage critical-path dependencies, and oversee cross-functional workload allocation using modern project management tools.
Task & Resource Allocation: Assign, track, and prioritize tasks for IT team members across multiple simultaneous projects based on evolving business priorities.
Blocker Resolution & Risk Mitigation: Proactively surface technical dependencies, clear operational impediments, and implement risk mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.
Metrics & Status Reporting: Monitor key delivery milestones, document workflows, and deliver structured status updates to executive leadership and client stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

Experience: 2 to 5 years of dedicated, hands-on experience managing complex, end-to-end IT and software development projects across cross-functional business units.
Required Certification: Must hold an active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. (Applications without an active PMP certification will not be considered.)
Shift & Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for direct executive and client interaction, with full commitment to working fixed US hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
Work Arrangement: 100% remote (Independent Contractor) utilizing your own high-performance desktop/laptop setup and reliable, high-speed internet.

Technical & Nice-to-Have Skills:

Tooling Proficiency: Advanced hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, GitHub, and Microsoft Planner / Project.
SDLC & Cloud Awareness: Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and cloud-hosted environments (AWS / Azure).
AI Productivity Integration: Familiarity with modern AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise) to streamline project documentation, workflows, and reporting.
