IT Application Consultant (m/w/d)
Your Tasks
- Umsetzungsverantwortung (inkl. Projektmanagement) als Teilprojektleiter von der ersten Beratung bis zum Roll-out von Applikationen, bei kleinen und mittleren Projekten auch Übernahme der Projektleitungsrolle
- Weiterentwicklung von Applikationen
- Anforderungsdefinition, Lösungskonzeption, Validierung und Roll-out von IT Anwendungen in Abstimmung mit den Anwendern bei kleinen und mittleren Anforderungen mit mittlerer bis hoher Komplexität
- Spezialisierung auf eine oder mehrere Applikationen mit dem Ziel der Übernahme einer Verantwortung als Service Owner / Applikationsbetreuer / Modulbetreuer / Process Manager und fallweise Übernahme dieser Rolle
- Konfiguration, Programmierung und Testen von IT Anwendungen
- Koordination mit allen Stakeholdern im Rahmen der Aufgabenverantwortlichkeit unter Berücksichtigung von regulatorischen Aspekten (z.B. IT Sicherheit)
- Sicherstellung der Systemstabilität und -verfügbarkeit zur Erfüllung von Kundenvorgaben und Einhaltung der mit den Kunden definierten Service Level Agreements
Your Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Informatik, einer Ingenieurwissenschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (idealerweise 3–5 Jahre) in der Betreuung, Implementierung oder Beratung von Applikationen sowie Grundkenntnisse im Projektmanagement und in Softwareentwicklungsmethoden
- Analytische, strukturierte und konzeptionelle Denkweise mit einer hohen Problemlösungsorientierung sowie einer selbstständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Teamfähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und der Lösung von Konfliktsituationen
- Kunden- und serviceorientiertes Auftreten, Überzeugungskraft sowie ein wirtschaftliches und unternehmerisches Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und IT-Lösungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ein gutes Verständnis aktueller Markttrends, Technologien und Kundenanforderungen im jeweiligen Fachgebiet
