Typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, and attention to detail come naturally to you. You know how to elevate work from good to exceptional.

Aufgaben
- Develop visual identities, brand systems, and design guidelines
- Design websites, landing pages, and digital brand experiences
- Create client presentations, concept boards, and visual directions
- Translate strategic insights into compelling visual solutions
- Collaborate closely with strategists, creatives, developers, and clients
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of our design quality and processes
- Explore and integrate AI-supported design workflows where valuable
- Support pitches, workshops, and new business initiatives with strong visual thinking
Qualifikation
- 4+ years experience in branding, digital design, or agency environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity and web design projects
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual systems, and design principles
- Excellent skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, Webflow, Agentic workflows
- Ability to think conceptually while maintaining a high level of executional craft
- Experience working directly with clients and presenting design work
- Interest in emerging technologies and AI-supported creative workflows
- Fluent in German and English
