About This Role
This is a commission based business development role focused on bringing in new contracts for our staffing and cleaning divisions. You do not need to sell anything complicated — if you have the right connections and can make warm introductions that turn into signed contracts, you will earn well.
If you consistently bring results, this role transitions into a salaried hourly position with full company benefits.
What You Will Be Doing
- Leveraging your existing industry connections to introduce Omnitrade to potential clients
- Identifying businesses that need warehouse staffing, commercial cleaning, strata maintenance, or facility services
- Making warm introductions and setting up meetings between potential clients and our team
- Following up on leads and helping nurture relationships until a contract is signed
- Representing Omnitrade professionally in all client interactions
Who We Are Looking For
- Someone with proven existing connections in warehousing, logistics, retail, strata management, or commercial real estate
- Retired or semi-retired warehouse managers, operations managers, retail store managers, or strata managers are strongly encouraged to apply — your network is your biggest asset here
- People who are well connected in the Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley business community
- Strong communicators who are professional, reliable, and follow through
- Self motivated individuals who do not need to be micromanaged
- Prior experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management is preferred but not mandatory — the right connections matter more than a sales background

Commission Structure
- Warehouse or industrial staffing contract — 15% of first 11 months billing
- Commercial or strata cleaning contract — 10% of first 3 months billing
- Consumables supply account — $250 flat per account opened
- Delivery contract — 15% of first 3 months billing
