We are looking for

Process engineer

at our locations in Mionica, Serbia.

Your tasks:

Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative environment:

• Production process planning;

• Entering and maintaining process-related data in databases;

• Designing production layouts and planning production flow, machine and equipment allocation to achieve maximum production efficiency;

• Ensuring compliance of production processes with relevant quality standards;

• Analyzing production workflows and manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement and efficiency enhancement;

• Optimizing work processes and identifying cost-saving opportunities (Continuous Improvement / KVP);

• Responsible for preliminary and final machine acceptance from suppliers, machine commissioning, and approval of machines and equipment for serial production;

• Coordinating the utilization of production resources;

• Ensuring compliance with 5S principles;

• Responsible for and/or participating in the development of industrialization plans;

• Preparing production documentation (machine acceptance from suppliers, commissioning, equipment approval for serial production, etc.);

• Defining and testing machine process parameters to achieve results in accordance with specified standards;

• Managing improvement project plans for existing production processes;

• Communicating with machine and equipment suppliers as well as their field technical support teams;

• Responsible for the efficiency of production processes;

• Defining preventive maintenance plans for machines and transferring them to the Maintenance Department for implementation;

• Conducting training sessions for new production processes.

1. Previous experience working with HV (High Voltage) cables is considered an advantage;

2. Mandatory English language proficiency, at least intermediate level (B1), both written and spoken;

3. Advanced computer skills required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;

4. Education: minimum Level VI degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field;

5. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred;

6. Experience in the automotive industry is considered an advantage;

7. Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and VDA standards is preferred.
