Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Python Trainer to deliver high-quality training to students, professionals, or corporate teams. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python programming and teaching skills to make complex concepts simple and engaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and structured Python training sessions offline.
- Design, develop, and update training materials, curriculum, assignments, and assessments.
- Teach core Python programming concepts including data types, loops, functions, OOPs, file handling, exceptions, and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, etc.
- Guide learners through hands-on projects and real-world problem-solving exercises.
- Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and mentor learners.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, frameworks, and tools in Python and integrate them into training.
- Conduct coding tests, mock interviews, and doubt-clearing sessions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Python Developer or Trainer (1+ years preferred).
- Proficient in Python, with good understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, etc.).
- Familiarity with Django/Flask, web development, or data science is a plus.
- Experience in curriculum development and training delivery.
- Strong presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Python certifications (e.g., PCEP, PCAP, etc.)
- Experience in offline teaching.
- Knowledge of data science, machine learning, or automation scripting
