**About the Role**
We are looking for a results\-driven **Paid Social Media Lead Generation Executive** to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns that generate qualified leads for our School ERP platform. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience with Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads, with a strong focus on lead generation and performance marketing.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. * Generate qualified leads from schools, colleges, educational institutions, and coaching centres. * Create audience segments using demographics, interests, lookalike audiences, and remarketing. * Conduct A/B testing on creatives, headlines, landing pages, and CTAs to improve conversion rates. * Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPC, CPL, CTR, and ROAS. * Coordinate with the design and content teams for ad creatives and marketing materials. * Implement Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and conversion tracking. * Build and manage lead nurturing campaigns using retargeting strategies. * Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion. * Maintain weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. * Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
