About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Paid Social Media Lead Generation Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns that generate qualified leads for our School ERP platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads, with a strong focus on lead generation and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Generate qualified leads from schools, colleges, educational institutions, and coaching centres.
- Create audience segments using demographics, interests, lookalike audiences, and remarketing.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, headlines, landing pages, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPC, CPL, CTR, and ROAS.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for ad creatives and marketing materials.
- Implement Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and conversion tracking.
- Build and manage lead nurturing campaigns using retargeting strategies.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Maintain weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
