About the Role
We're hiring Product Engineers to work across integrations, sportsbook, casino and CRM marketing. These aren't traditional software engineering roles. AI runs through the full development life cycle here, from design and prototyping to build, test and deployment, and we're looking for engineers already working that way.
You'll need solid engineering fundamentals and real experience using AI to ship production work, not just experimenting with it on the side.
What You'll Do
- Design, build and ship features across our casino platform, CRM tools and third party integrations, working across the full stack
- Use AI throughout your workflow as standard, from prototyping through to code generation, testing and review. This isn't optional or experimental; it's how we work
- Work with product, operations, compliance and marketing to turn business problems into working software
- Build systems that are reliable and maintainable, with performance, security and observability front of mind
- Own what you ship, from code review and testing through to production support
What You'll Bring
- Hands on experience with prompt engineering or building AI-assisted workflows
- Real experience building and shipping production systems, not just side projects
- AI tools already part of how you work day-to-day (Cursor, Claude, Copilot or similar), not something you've tried once
- Solid grounding in APIs, integrations and modern web technologies
- Experience with payment and data integrations
- Experience with at least one of: iGaming platforms, CRM or marketing automation
- Comfortable across the full stack and picking up unfamiliar tech without being walked through it
Bonus
- Experience in UK regulated iGaming, or familiarity with Gambling Commission requirements
