A well established Legal 500 corporate and commercial law firm with offices in Manchester and Liverpool and are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to support continued growth.
Working closely with the Directors, you will take ownership of the firm's operational systems, processes, quality standards and compliance, turning strategic priorities into practical solutions across the business.
The Role:
-Taking ownership of key operational systems, including Clio and Lexcel.
-Implementing and embedding effective systems and processes across the firm.
-Leading quality management and compliance processes.
-Reviewing existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
-Monitoring operational performance and supporting the development of KPIs.
-Driving consistency and accountability across teams.
-Leading operational change and gaining buy-in from lawyers and key stakeholders.
-Supporting the Directors with strategic and operational projects.
About You:
-Proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar role.
-Strong operational and project management skills.
-Experience implementing systems and improving business processes.
-Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
-Experience of quality management and compliance.
-Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
-A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
-Experience within a law firm or professional services environment would be advantageous but isn't essential.

Pay: £30,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
