Job Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple QSR outlets.
Ensure smooth functioning of all outlets and maintain operational standards.
Monitor sales performance, revenue, and operational expenses.
Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, safety, and customer service standards.
Monitor inventory, stock management, and wastage control.
Coordinate with outlet managers to achieve business targets.
Conduct regular outlet visits and operational audits.
Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Support business expansion and improve overall operational efficiency.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
experience in QSR, restaurant, or food service operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of inventory management, sales monitoring, and cost control.
Willingness to travel between outlets.
