We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient execution across our business.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day business operations.
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and service quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams, delivery partners, vendors, and customers.
- Track operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Manage schedules, resources, and workflow.
- Ensure company policies and operational procedures are followed.
- Support management in business expansion and operational planning.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in operations management.
- Experience managing teams and day-to-day business operations.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing business environment.
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, delivery, retail, or technology platforms will be an advantage.
