Job Overview

Charis Caregivers of Grace (CCOG) is a growing, faith-based, non-medical home care agency serving PA, DE, and NJ. We're hiring an experienced Home Care Operations Manager to help lead and scale operations as we launch across the tri-state area.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee caregiver scheduling, staffing, and coverage
  • Assist with client intake and care-plan coordination
  • Conduct field and supervisory site visits — both announced and unannounced
  • Oversee quality assurance (QA) and survey / inspection readiness
  • Ensure state and federal home-care compliance (PA DOH, DE OHFLC, NJ)
  • Maintain caregiver personnel files and required documentation
  • Ensure required state notices and policy documents are properly displayed at the office
  • Lead caregiver onboarding, competency tracking, and ongoing training
  • Train new caregivers through both online courses and in-classroom instruction
  • Run scheduling/EVV and payroll systems (AxisCare)
  • Build referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, and community partners
  • Provide on-call and after-hours availability for coverage and emergencies
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned that may not be specifically listed

What we're looking for:

Experience in home care/home health agency operations; knowledge of state licensing and compliance; strong leadership and organization; associate degree or higher preferred, RN/healthcare background a plus.

Qualifications — Required:

  • 2+ years in home care / home health agency operations (or comparable healthcare operations/supervisory role)
  • Working knowledge of state home care regulations and licensing (PA DOH; DE/NJ a plus)
  • Proven leadership — staff supervision, scheduling, and team management
  • Ability to train caregivers in both online and classroom settings
  • Strong organization and communication; comfortable with EVV/scheduling software (AxisCare)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • New Jersey–based applicants must hold a current NJ CHHA certification/license
  • Available for on-call / after-hours needs

Qualifications — Preferred:

  • Associate degree or higher — relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • RN, LPN, or other healthcare credential
  • Experience with intake, care planning, and family relations; bilingual a plus
