Job Title: Operations Manager (Catering & Events)
Job Overview: We are looking for a change-oriented Operations Manager to modernize and streamline our multi-location catering business. You will replace old legacy systems with efficient, digital workflows, standardize procedures across all branches, and eliminate communication gaps between the central office and kitchens.
Key Responsibilities
- Modernize Systems: Replace manual/old processes with modern digital tools and manage the team’s transition to new tech.
- Standardize Operations: Create and enforce uniform SOPs for food safety, kitchen prep, and event logistics across all locations.
- Streamline the Office: Fix communication bottlenecks between administrative teams and individual branch kitchens.
- Control Costs: Monitor food waste, optimize labor hours, and negotiate vendor contracts to boost profitability.
- Guiding other branch managers for better efficiency.
- New projects according to business needs.
What We Look For
- 5+ years of operational management experience in catering, multi-unit restaurants, or cloud kitchens.
- Proven track record of handling change management and implementing new software/systems.
- Strong leadership skills to manage branch heads and hold them accountable.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
