We are an expanding McDonald’s franchisee organization launching operations in the Fort Wayne market. We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee an initial territory of 2 locations, with the potential to build up to 3 or 4 locations depending on volume and workload.
We are looking for an operational leader who holds themselves to a high standard, holds their General Managers accountable, and focuses heavily on strategic planning and execution. The ideal candidate is growth-minded and looking to help us acquire and grow into more locations in the future.
Core Responsibilities:
- Drive Performance: Oversee and help restaurant General Managers run successful operations, hit transaction goals, and maintain brand QSC standards.
- Financial Strategy: Review store P&Ls with the Operator on a monthly basis, setting clear plans to hit specific profit targets.
- People & Development: Recruit, onboard, and mentor GMs and assistant managers to build a strong internal talent pipeline for future franchise growth.
- Store Audits: Conduct regular operational diagnostics and standard restaurant audits (including cash and OSHA) to identify and fix sales bottlenecks.
Position Dynamics & Schedule:
- Flexibility: As the go-to leadership resource for your locations, a highly flexible schedule is required. This includes working weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed to support the stores.
- Travel: Daily travel between locations within the city limits of Fort Wayne, IN.

Qualifications:
- Accountability & Integrity: A proven track record of executing for results and maintaining professional standards across teams.
- Experience: 2+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience is preferred. A high-performing single-unit McDonald's General Manager with 3+ years of high-volume experience and a readiness to step up will be considered.
- System Knowledge: Prior experience within the McDonald’s system (including familiarity with RDM, ROIP, and P&L diagnostics) is highly preferred but not required.
- Logistics: Must reside in or be able to commute daily within the Fort Wayne area. A valid driver's license is required.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
