Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with strong expertise in Agentic AI and Generative AI to design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade SaaS applications.
The ideal candidate should have extensive full-stack development experience along with hands-on exposure to building and integrating AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, and LLM-based solutions. The candidate will be responsible for leading technical solutions, developing scalable architectures, and driving engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise web applications and SaaS platforms.
- Build and implement Agentic AI solutions, intelligent AI agents, and Generative AI-powered applications.
- Develop AI workflows involving LLMs, tool calling, and autonomous task execution.
- Integrate AI models and services into existing enterprise applications.
- Lead frontend and backend development across the application stack.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Work with SQL/NoSQL databases, data modelling, and query optimization.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure high-quality code delivery.
- Mentor team members and contribute to technical architecture and engineering best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong hands-on experience in Agentic AI and Generative AI development.
- Experience building AI agents, multi-agent workflows, and LLM-powered applications.
- Knowledge of LLM integration, prompt engineering, function calling, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Strong frontend development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Backend development expertise in Java, Node.js, or Python.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed application architecture.
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Advanced knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, OOP, and System Design.
- Understanding of cloud-native architecture, Git, and modern development practices.
- Ability to independently lead technical solutions and mentor engineering teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI frameworks.
- Experience working with OpenAI or other LLM APIs.
- Knowledge of vector databases and embedding technologies.
- Experience deploying and scaling AI-powered enterprise applications.
Candidate Profile
Candidates should have a strong combination of full-stack engineering and practical Agentic AI implementation experience, with the ability to independently design and deliver intelligent, scalable, enterprise-grade software solutions.
