**Primary Responsibilities:**

* Designing and implementing observability strategies across distributed systems and cloud\-native environments * Deploying and maintaining monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, and Splunk * Developing automated alerting systems using AI/ML\-based anomaly detection * Creating dashboards and visualizations for real\-time system health and performance insights * Implementing distributed tracing and log aggregation to support root cause analysis and performance tuning * Collaborating with DevOps and SRE teams to integrate observability into CI/CD pipelines * Optimizing system performance based on telemetry data (metrics, logs, traces) * Driving proactive incident detection and resolution through telemetry analysis * Supporting compliance and security monitoring through observability tooling * Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re\-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). **Required Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field * 5\+ years of experience in observability, DevOps, or site reliability engineering * Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Go, Python, Java) * Proficiency in observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Glassbox, Datadog and Grafana * Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and telemetry data (metrics, logs, traces) * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
