London based Opulent IT Solutions require a Business Development Manager to join their team.
Job Description:
Business Development
- Identify, pursue and win new business within the allocated geography
- Understand the large picture of the customer’s IT strategy and architecture, plan effectively for client relationship management, effective servicing of sales milestones and maintain world class communications with customers
- Support the Managing Director by initiating additional opportunities within the existing account through customer connects
- Recommend solution strategies that consider the client long term technology outlooks and architecture roadmaps
- Partner with customers to strengthen relationships, nurture new business and grow Opulent IT’s presence within the client’s environment
- Leverage prior experience (business and technology) to bring a visible value addition into the projects and practices
- Develop and execute specific account plans
- Perform account reviews in coordination with client partners and drive measures to improve service quality
Responsible for Complete Customer Satisfaction
Required Skills and Experience:
- Ability to handle multiple accounts/ customers
- Strong Relationship management skills
- Strong project management experience
- Experience in communicating at different levels in the organization including the executive team
- Experience working in a dual shore environment specifically for service delivery, coordination and overall program management
- Establish, manage and enhance customer relationship with key stakeholders in the account
- Has managed multiple accounts from client relationship management and business growth perspective
- Self-starter having a history of initiating, leading and completing quality improvement projects
- Very strong customer service and written/ oral communications skills
- A successful history of leading and directing technical staff through difficult situations while strengthening the account and eliminating problems from the relationship
- Strong people management and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor degree/ Master degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience
Annual Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience.
