Job Overview
Due to emergency services response time, we need candidate’s commute less than 25 miles from Irvine. We are seeking a highly experienced Mitigation Project manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mitigation estimating and project management. Experience and confident. selling cash jobs. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate pricing and cost control throughout the project lifecycle, contributing to the overall success of our mitigation projects.
We are not looking for a construction/rebuild estimator/PM
We do not do TPAs and we are not a preferred vendor
$80,000 Salary, plus commission.
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective clients, evaluates the scope of work, prepares an estimate on site and delivers to Client for signature.
- Create mitigation estimates in Xactimate utilizing the program guidelines and IICRC standard.
- Work with Project Manager and Lead Technicians on scope of work.
- Document loss with clear and descriptive job photos and upload into CRM.
- Maintain organized records of all estimates, photos, sketches, notes and related documentation for future reference.
- Provide 5-star customer service.
- Communicate w/ insurance companies, and adjusters via phone and email or in-person in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pricing changes, and new materials or methods that may affect estimating practices.
- Available after-hours for an on-call rotation.
Skills
- Sales!
- Proficiency in mitigation estimating.
- IICRC certified
- Strong sales skills for out-of-pocket jobs
- Strong knowledge in restoration CRMs.
- In-depth knowledge of mitigation and remediation processes, including site experience and management principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate estimation results.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and owners.
- Project management experience is a plus, enabling effective coordination of estimating tasks within broader project timelines.
- Expert in Xactimate
- Docusign experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
