Customer Success & Account Manager (m/f/d) – Berlin

Salary: €2,800 per month base salary + €1000 bonus (uncapped)

At OrderYOYO, we help independent restaurants and chains grow their online business through branded apps, websites and personalised marketing without the high commissions charged by traditional platforms.
We’re growing our Account Management team and looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and helping customers get the most out of a service. You don’t necessarily need previous Account Management experience; what matters most is your attitude, communication skills and desire to succeed.
What will you be doing?
You’ll manage a portfolio of our most valuable restaurant partners, becoming their go-to person and helping them get the best possible results from OrderYOYO.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners.
- Help restaurants increase orders and grow their online performance.
- Hold regular check-ins to understand customer needs, gather feedback and identify opportunities.
- Use customer data and CRM insights to recommend improvements.
- Introduce partners to additional products and features, including marketing packages, ePOS and Self-Service Kiosks.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, retention and account growth.
- Recognise when a partner needs extra support and take action early.
- Work closely with Sales, Onboarding, Product and Support to deliver a great customer experience.
Your success will be measured by customer retention, GMV growth, product adoption, customer satisfaction and upselling.
What are we looking for?
- Someone who enjoys working with people and building trust.
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
- A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage your own workload.
- A customer-first mindset, with an interest in understanding business needs and finding solutions.
- Confidence working towards targets and using information to make decisions.
- German at B2 level or above.
Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Service, Hospitality or Sales is welcome, but not essential. We’re interested in people with transferable skills and the right mindset.
