Orientate is growing seats by double digits weekly, and we need to build more software to continue to serve our clients. We are looking for a designer who can design intuitive, beautiful front-ends.
You'll have the freedom to choose your stack, and work with the tools of your choice, as long as the job gets done. Speed and execution are paramount.
Responsibilities
- Designing Apps and Front-Ends
- Reporting directly to executive management
Total Comp:
- $40-60k base cash (experience dependent) + uncapped performance bonuses

Requirements
- Execution: Our clients rely on us to run their orgs, we ship on time and to spec.
- Communication: If things go wrong, or are anticipated to go wrong, communicate ahead of time, so we can find workarounds.

Pay: £30,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
