Join a Clinic That Cares, Heals, and Grows Together

Osteo Tuina is a Chinese-Canadian clinic with over 30 years of experience in the Greater Toronto Area, offering Registered Massage Therapy (RMT), acupuncture, osteopathy, and Tuina services across two locations in North York and Downtown Toronto. We support direct billing with major insurance providers, serve a diverse community, and are committed to delivering professional, personalized, and integrative care.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Toronto, ON, supporting both the North York and Downtown locations. The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, increase bookings, and improve client retention.

This role requires both strategic management capabilities and hands-on execution skills. The ideal candidate can independently manage content creation, website maintenance, and video production end-to-end, while collaborating closely with clinic leadership and front-desk teams to ensure consistent, professional brand communication.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans, including goal-setting, resource allocation, and performance tracking
  • Manage all digital marketing channels including the website, social media (Instagram, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), and email marketing
  • Independently maintain and update the clinic website, including content edits, SEO optimization, and basic technical tasks (CMS proficiency required; basic HTML/CSS knowledge is an asset)
  • Plan, write, and edit content across all channels in both English and Chinese, ensuring professional tone, consistent messaging, and audience-appropriate style
  • Independently handle end-to-end short-form and promotional video production, including concept planning, shoot coordination, and post-production editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials including brochures, posters, in-clinic signage, and e-newsletters
  • Analyze marketing performance data and KPIs, deliver regular reports, and recommend improvements based on insights
  • Manage local partnerships and community outreach activities, and represent the clinic at relevant events

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or equivalent role, with a proven track record of leading full-cycle marketing projects and cross-functional coordination
  • Proficiency in website management and maintenance, including CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), content updates, and basic SEO; working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
  • Strong bilingual content creation and editing skills (English and Chinese) with the ability to produce clear, professional, and culturally sensitive copy across multiple channels
  • Hands-on video editing skills with the ability to independently produce short-form and promotional videos; proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools required
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools including Google Analytics, social media insights, or CRM dashboards, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging with clients and community partners, and representing the clinic at local events or outreach activities
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Familiarity or genuine interest in massage therapy, acupuncture, osteopathy, and traditional Chinese medicine is an asset; experience in Canadian healthcare or insurance-based service environments is also welcomed
