Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing & UI/UX Designer who can combine creativity with analytical thinking. The ideal candidate should be able to execute digital marketing campaigns, create engaging social media content, design marketing creatives, edit promotional videos, and build modern UI/UX designs in Figma for web and mobile applications.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both marketing and product design and wants to work in a fast-growing technology company.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
- Manage company social media accounts and maintain a consistent brand presence.
- Create monthly content calendars and campaign strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and improve ROI.
- Generate leads through paid and organic marketing.
- Monitor competitors and identify new marketing opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead generation.
Content Creation
- Design high-quality social media posts, banners, carousels, and promotional creatives.
- Create marketing materials including brochures, presentations, flyers, and branding assets.
- Edit promotional videos, reels, shorts, and advertisements.
- Write engaging captions and marketing copy.
- Ensure all designs follow the company's branding guidelines.
UI/UX Design
- Design modern and user-friendly mobile app and web interfaces using Figma.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct UX research and improve user journeys.
- Design dashboards, landing pages, and complete application interfaces.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
