Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 3 years of experience to join our growing team. Candidates with strong expertise in Brand Guidelines, Colour Theory, Typography, and Layout Design will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching designs for social media posts, ads, websites, brochures, banners, and marketing materials
- Develop brand identities, logo concepts, and visual communication assets
- Ensure all creatives follow established brand guidelines and consistency standards
- Apply strong understanding of colour theory, typography, hierarchy, and composition
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and development teams for campaign execution
- Design creatives optimized for digital performance and engagement
- Work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, tools, and technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
- Branding Agency experience Preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong knowledge of Brand Guidelines, Colour Theory, Typography, Layout Design
- Experience in creating designs for social media marketing and digital campaigns
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX Design is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to take feedback positively and improve designs quickly
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
