**Job Description:**
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 3 years of experience to join our growing team. Candidates with strong expertise in Brand Guidelines, Colour Theory, Typography, and Layout Design will be preferred.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Create eye\-catching designs for social media posts, ads, websites, brochures, banners, and marketing materials * Develop brand identities, logo concepts, and visual communication assets * Ensure all creatives follow established brand guidelines and consistency standards * Apply strong understanding of colour theory, typography, hierarchy, and composition * Collaborate with the marketing, content, and development teams for campaign execution * Design creatives optimized for digital performance and engagement * Work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines * Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, tools, and technologies
**Required Skills \& Qualifications:**
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer * Branding Agency experience Preferred * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) * Strong knowledge of Brand Guidelines, Colour Theory, Typography, Layout Design * Experience in creating designs for social media marketing and digital campaigns * Basic knowledge of UI/UX Design is an added advantage * Strong attention to detail and creative thinking skills * Good communication and teamwork abilities * Ability to take feedback positively and improve designs quickly
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
