Maintain and operate Privileged Access Management (PAM) services.

Manage privileged account onboarding, monitoring, and lifecycle processes.

Administer endpoint protection and EDR platforms.

Monitor, investigate, and respond to PAM and endpoint security incidents.

Ensure security controls comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Perform security health checks, configuration reviews, and drive continuous service improvements.

Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Identify opportunities for automation, service optimization, and risk reduction.

Support audits, compliance initiatives, and risk assessments.

Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, identity, and service teams to continuously enhance cybersecurity controls.

Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3–5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure security, or security operations.

Hands-on experience administering Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solutions.

Experience working in enterprise IT and OT environments with cloud and hybrid infrastructures.

Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g. Security+, SC-200, SC-300, AZ-500) are an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, risk-based mindset.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
