Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior .NET Software Engineer with strong expertise in Blazor WebAssembly and ASP.NET Core to design, develop, and optimize our VMS platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable solutions and validating system performance under heavy workloads through load testing, performance analysis, and continuous optimization. This role requires a proactive problem solver who can drive technical excellence and ensure the reliability of mission-critical applications.
Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET 8+, C#, and Blazor WebAssembly.
- Architect and implement new features for the VMS (Visitor/Vehicle Management System) with a focus on performance, usability, and maintainability.
- Optimize client-side and server-side application performance to ensure responsiveness under high traffic conditions.
- Design and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability testing to validate system behavior under peak workloads.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks, identify root causes, and implement optimization solutions across applications, databases, and infrastructure layers.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and mentoring junior engineers.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and production support activities.

Yêu cầu công việc:
Must have
- 5+ years with C# / .NET (VB.NET) development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Blazor WebAssembly and ASP.NET Core.
- Strong understanding of web application architecture, RESTful APIs, and modern frontend/backend development practices.
- Experience with performance tuning, profiling tools, and load testing frameworks (e.g., JMeter, k6, LoadRunner, or similar).
- Experience databases programming (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with entity framework
- Experience with RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of SignalR and real-time communication.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization (gRPC, JWT, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- Multithreading, asynchronous programming.
- Understanding of responsive design principles.
- Understanding solid object-oriented design skills.
- Experience in developing large-scale server applications.
- English fluent, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure).
- Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with SignalR, WebSocket, or real-time applications.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
