Job Summary:
The Civil Engineer is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities.
- Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to industry standards.
- Check and verify measurements, BOQ, and billing.
- Plan material requirements and ensure timely procurement.
- Monitor labor productivity and optimize resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
- Handle site issues and provide technical solutions.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and methods
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Good project management and coordination skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic MS Office tools
- Understanding of safety and quality standards
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience in residential/commercial/high-rise projects preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
