OpenText AppWorks Configuration Specialist
Contract: 12 months Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
What you'll do
- Configure and maintain business processes and tasks in OpenText AppWorks.
- Gather and manage change requirements, and prepare functional specifications.
- Support acceptance testing and help ensure solutions meet agreed quality standards.
- Investigate application issues and work with users, developers and other stakeholders to resolve them.
- Support business continuity through application maintenance and support.
- Contribute to process improvements, training materials and user training.
- Keep up to date with relevant tools and practices, and advise stakeholders on their application.
What you'll need
- A Bachelor's degree at NQF Level 7 in Computer Science, Information Management or a related field.
- 3-5 years' experience in business analysis, specifically involving OpenText applications.
- Practical experience configuring OpenText AppWorks business processes or tasks.
- Experience with requirements elicitation, functional specifications, change management and acceptance testing.
- Strong communication, planning, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
