Lead the design, implementation, governance, and ongoing evolution of enterprise party and client master data capabilities across complex financial services environments. The role is accountable for establishing trusted, authoritative, and governed client information that supports onboarding, servicing, risk, compliance, regulatory reporting, and client enablement objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise party data repositories and MDM capabilities.
- Define canonical models for profiles, roles, relationships, hierarchies, and associations.
- Establish data standards, identity resolution, matching and survivorship rules.
- Drive data governance, stewardship, ownership models, and data quality controls.
- Enable trusted client information consumption across business domains and channels.
- Define integration, API, event-driven and synchronisation patterns across distributed ecosystems.
- Lead architecture governance and influence business, risk, compliance and technology stakeholders.
- Develop roadmaps aligned to enterprise information architecture and strategic objectives.
Experience Requirements

Extensive experience within large corporate and institutional financial services organizations, preferably banking and investment management.

Demonstrated understanding of client, account, product, legal entity, relationship, and regulatory data domains.

Experience supporting complex corporate structures, beneficial ownership, mandates, signatories, and relationship hierarchies.

Proven delivery of enterprise-scale party data repositories and client master data capabilities.

Experience in federated environments where party data is distributed across multiple systems and repositories.

Experience operating within distributed mastership environments with multiple systems of record.

Strong knowledge of KYC, CDD, onboarding, regulatory compliance, and client lifecycle management.
