We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to own our brand’s voice, presence, and growth across all digital platforms. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive content strategies, producing high-impact visual and text assets, engaging our online community, and turning analytics into growth tactics.
The ideal candidate is a blend of a master storyteller and an analytical thinker—someone who knows how to spot a trend early, script an engaging short-form video, and build a highly loyal digital community.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute an end-to-end social media strategy that aligns with our core business goals, brand identity, and target audience.
- Content Creation & Management: Plan, script, and oversee the production of high-quality, engaging content (short-form reels/videos, carousels, stories, and copywriting). Maintain a structured, consistent monthly content calendar.
- Platform Mastery: Manage and optimize our presence across key platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging channels. Stay ahead of platform algorithms, feature updates, and viral audio/trends.
- Community Engagement: Actively monitor, respond to, and engage with our audience in the comments and direct messages to foster an authentic, active online community.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic reach, engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion metrics. Deliver weekly/monthly data-driven insights to refine our ongoing content strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and internal sales/marketing teams to ensure message consistency and seamless campaign execution.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
