We’re growing quickly and looking for a high-performing Recruiter who can source strong candidates, conduct effective interviews, and manage multiple searches with speed and accuracy. What You’ll Do Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and outbound outreach Conduct phone screens and recruiter interviews Evaluate candidates for communication, experience, technical fit, professionalism, and overall quality Manage multiple open roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline stages Prepare shortlisted candidate packages including resumes, interview notes, salary expectations, and recordings Partner with Account Managers and leadership to understand client requirements Maintain consistent candidate follow-ups throughout the hiring process Adapt sourcing strategies based on client feedback and market conditions Support urgent and fast-moving hiring requirements What We’re Looking For 2+ years of recruitment experience , ideally within an agency, staffing, BPO, or offshore recruitment environment Strong written and spoken English Experience recruiting roles such as: SDRs / Sales Executive Assistants Customer Support Marketing Operations Technical roles Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple searches Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment Strong ownership and ability to work independently Nice to Have Experience recruiting international remote talent Experience supporting U.S.-based clients Familiarity with HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack, or recruiting CRMs Previous staffing or offshore recruitment experience What Success Looks Like Consistently delivering high-quality shortlisted candidates quickly Strong interview-to-hire conversion rates Organized and accurate candidate pipelines Excellent candidate communication and responsiveness Quickly adjusting searches based on client feedback Strong collaboration with recruitment and account management teams Why Join Pavago ? 100% remote Work with U.S. startups and growing businesses Fast-moving international team High ownership and autonomy Strong opportunity for career growth Collaborative, performance-driven environment Interview Process Application Review Spark Hire Intro Video Internal Interview Offer & Onboarding What Happens After You Apply Qualified applicants will receive an email invitation from Spark Hire to complete a short Intro Video.
