**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Senior QA/QC Engineer** to oversee and ensure the quality of construction processes, materials, and outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of the construction industry's quality assurance and control processes, standards, and regulations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**1\. Quality Assurance \& Control:**
\- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, processes, and inspection plans for all construction activities.
\- Conduct routine inspections and audits of on\-site activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
\- Monitor the quality of materials, workmanship, and testing methods.
**2\. Compliance:**
\- Ensure all construction work adheres to applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
\- Review and approve contractor and supplier quality documentation.
**3\. Documentation:**
\- Prepare and maintain quality\-related reports, NCRs (Non\-Conformance Reports), and other required documentation.
\- Maintain detailed records of inspection and testing activities.
**4\. Coordination:**
\- Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to resolve quality\-related issues.
\- Coordinate with third\-party inspectors and certification agencies as required.
**5\. Team Leadership:**
\- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA/QC staff.
\- Lead quality meetings and ensure alignment across teams.
**6\. Continuous Improvement:**
\- Identify areas for improvement in quality processes and recommend actionable solutions.
\- Stay updated on the latest QA/QC practices and technologies in the construction industry.
**Qualifications:**
\- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
\- **Experience:** Minimum of 10\-12 years in QA/QC roles in the construction industry, with at least 2 years in a senior position.
\- **Skills:**
\- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
\- Proficiency in QA/QC tools and software.
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\- Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities.
