Responsibilities:
The Opportunity
Applies knowledge of the Fleet area to perform tasks and support the management of processes/projects under some supervision. May influence associates by demonstrating best practices and techniques to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and achievement of functional and organizational standards. Responsible for managing invoices billing parts bought in the Fleet area.

As Global Proc Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of:
This job works under moderate supervision to execute relatively complex tasks for the Fleet area, applying broad knowledge to perform more complex analysis within area of expertise.
Oversees the organization’s fleet parts invoice management, ensuring compliance with established processes.
Reviews and validates fleet expense reports, ensuring adherence to safety and maintenance policies.
Helps streamline area processes, employing and communicating best practices and methods that align with the overall functional and business strategy to ensure achievement of organizational standards of excellence.
